WHAT IS FREEZE CANDY AND WHY?
The freeze drying process removes all the water from the candy leaving a concentrated burst of flavor that makes your tastebuds dance with delight! The result is an enhanced and concentrated flavor profile with a crunch but some candy will be light and airy, while others are chewy or brittle. Either way, it's more flavorful than ever!
When done properly the freeze-dried candy can last up to 30 years unopened. Once the package has been opened, most candy can last only 7-10 days depending on the humidity of the air.
All my snacks have a freshness guarantee and are packaged in appropriate Mylar bags. For added freshness I add moisture or oxygen absorbers in each bag and they are heat sealed for extra protection. All my snacks will last a long time friends, if you can resist opening that snack bag!!
